Adelis and leading audit firms Roesgaard and inforevision establish Cedra Denmark
Adelis has partnered with leading accounting firms Roesgaard and inforevision to establish Cedra Denmark. The vision for Cedra Denmark is to become the leading audit and advisory group for SME clients in Denmark. Cedra Denmark will be an independent company led by the Danish partners and will work closely together with Cedra Sweden and Cedra Norway, which is also established with Adelis as a growth partner.
Cedra Denmark is established by Roesgaard and inforevision with Adelis as growth partner and aims to become the leading player in auditing and consulting for SME customers in Denmark. Roesgaard and inforevision, which form the basis of Cedra Denmark, together have around 300 employees and a total revenue of DKK 330 million. The group's ambition is to become the leading player in the SME segment in Denmark through organic growth, acquisitions and investments in technology and organization. In connection with the establishment, co-ownership among employees will be significantly expanded.
Cedra Denmark is an independent company led by the Danish partners and will work closely with Cedra Sweden and Cedra Norway, which also has Adelis as a growth partner. The three groups share values, strategy and working methods. Together they will offer a wide range of competencies and services to their customers and make significant investments in technology and organization.
Jens Roesgaard from Roesgaard and Mark Schneekloth Jensen from inforevision, who each have more than 25 years of experience, will join Cedra Denmark as Managing Directors in connection with the establishment.
"We are very excited to join forces and establish Cedra Denmark together with our approximately 300 talented colleagues. We have a unique opportunity with two well-established audit firms in different parts of the country offering both auditing and a wide range of complementary advisory services. Our ambition is clear: to create the industry's most attractive workplace with the highest quality and customer satisfaction. We are convinced that Cedra Denmark will attract many talented accountants, advisors and companies across the country," say Jens Roesgaard and Mark Schneekloth Jensen.
Erik Holst Jørgensen, former CEO and Chairman of Deloitte Denmark, joins Cedra Denmark as Chairman of the Board.
"This is a unique opportunity in a rapidly changing industry. With the establishment of Cedra Denmark, we now have three strong independent groups in Denmark, Sweden and Norway. Together, we can deliver the best possible audit and advisory services to our customers through collaboration and joint investments in digitalization, AI and compliance," says Erik Holst Jørgensen.
"After the successful establishment of Cedra Sweden and Cedra Norway, we are pleased to announce Cedra Denmark as the third country in the Cedra network. We see significant potential for the Cedra partnership model in Denmark and look forward to welcoming more accounting firms on this exciting growth journey", say Martin Welna and Erik Hallert from Adelis.
The agreement is subject to approval from the competition authorities.
