Polaris Equity: Sale of Connected Wind Services

Through continuous acquisitions, the private equity fund Polaris Equity has built Connected Wind Services A/S, which services wind turbines. The company has developed into a leading player in the Northern European market and has now been acquired following an offer from Energie Baden-Württemberg AG (EnBW).

Polaris' acquisitions in the wind turbine industry have taken place since 2012, and infotransactionshas assisted with financial due diligence reports on the individual companies in all transactions.

Especially in connection with the deal with EnBW, infotransactions- in close collaboration with the rest of inforevision- played a significant role in delivering a thorough data book. The data book was the conclusion of extensive analysis and data processing, and presented CWS' historical and budgeted earnings by business area after the demerger of Connected Wind Service Refubishment (Carve-out).
