Companies' disclosure deadline has been postponed by 8 weeks
IT issues in TastSelv Corporation Tax mean that the deadline for submitting the annual information form has been postponed by 8 weeks to August 25. This also affects the deadline for submitting transfer pricing documentation. Read more here.
Due to technical challenges with the system, there is a risk that not all companies will be able to meet the normal reporting deadline. Therefore, the Tax Agency will postpone the deadline by eight weeks from Friday, June 30, 2023 to Friday, August 25, 2023.
The system TastSelv Selskabsskat (DIAS) is used by companies and foundations to submit information to the Danish Tax Agency. Technical challenges include long response times and interruptions in the system.
Avoid traffic jams in the system
The new deadline applies to companies with financial years that follow the calendar year - i.e. ending on December 31.
However, the Danish Tax Agency encourages you to submit the information as soon as possible to avoid traffic jams in the system in August.
The new deadline also affects transfer pricing
The 8-week extension also affects the submission of transfer pricing documentation. Here the deadline has been extended to Tuesday, October 24, 2023 before 9:00 am. This is 60 days after the deadline for submitting the disclosure form.
Please note that the deadline for companies to submit the annual report for 2022 to the Danish Business Authority is still June 30, 2023.
