Every year we select 7-10 ambitious and talented trainees for our two-year auditing program. Here you will be part of a young and active study environment and working community with many opportunities.

We hire in cohorts that follow each other in the program. Alongside your daily work and internal training, you study HD two evenings a week.

Your development curve rises almost vertically from day one, so you need to be sharp and committed. We'll reward you with a good salary, significant salary increases and paid HD studies worth around DKK 200,000. Above all, we give you a solid professional and social foundation for the rest of your working life.

It means a lot to Oliver that his work makes a difference, but it's also crucial that he feels comfortable. At inforevision, he likes the fact that no one is too good at helping others and that as a trainee he is part of the team without being met with unreasonable expectations.

As a young person, starting as a trainee is a big leap. From one day to the next, you become an adult with a team-based full-time job, customer contact and responsibility, and your development explodes both professionally and personally. We make an effort to understand that leap and to understand what attracts and motivates young people when they land with us.
