A good framework and conditions for our employees are fundamental to the way we run our business. Well-being, motivation and work-life balance are high on the agenda, and many stay with us for a long time.

We have a flat organizational structure with short lines of communication and we are to each other as we are to our customers: professional, committed, helpful and unpretentious. We think this makes our company special.

We respect differences and want to take the individual into account. That's why we've introduced "desired time", where you as an employee can organize your own working hours to achieve a reasonable work-life balance.

On a daily basis, we work in teams across the organization. This gives each employee a broad knowledge, a versatile frame of reference and good development opportunities.

We also focus on community and social life. We work hard to strengthen relationships across the organization through events and traditions that bring employees closer to each other and to inforevision.

Employee benefits

All inforevision employees have health insurance paid for by the company. The insurance gives you the best conditions for quick help if you suffer an illness or accident. The pension plan also includes an impartial advisor that you can draw on.

During the year, inforevision pays for various sports events for employees who want to take part. If you want to run or cycle in connection with work, we have shower and changing facilities in Søborg. In the fall, you will be offered a flu vaccination.

Every year in June we have a status party and in December we have a Christmas party. Our staff association organizes several events throughout the year, such as the autumn party, Easter lunch, concerts, etc. In addition, we have team events, departmental events and joint cultural events.

All employees are provided with a laptop and have the option to work from home.

With us, all employees have five care days in addition to the regular vacation. If your minor children suddenly fall ill, you are entitled to paid absence for a total of 2 days during the child's illness. All employees over the age of 60 have five extra care days.

We work with the concept of desired working hours. This means that, as far as possible, we will try to comply with and respect your wishes for working hours and how they can best be organized.

As part of your personal and professional development, we hold a longer appraisal in August-September each year and a follow-up appraisal in the spring.

We have a lunch program with a buffet delivered from outside. On the last Friday of the month we have a joint meeting with lunch, and every Friday we serve delicious breakfast bread. On weekdays, there is fresh fruit in the departments and free access to tea, coffee and soft drinks.

In inforevision, you have the opportunity to put together a personalized salary package. The scheme allows you to convert a portion of your gross salary into selected benefits that are deducted before tax is calculated on your salary payment. For example, the scheme can include:
