Philip Danholm Kruuse
Cloud and Infrastructure Specialist, employed at inforevision since 2020
At inforevision, I experience a recognition of my professionalism and a genuine interest that goes beyond my professional qualifications. The internal atmosphere is characterized by an informal tone, combined with a high level of professionalism and commitment, which allows me to thrive and develop. What particularly motivates me is the strong and welcoming community, both inside and outside the office. I feel really comfortable in my position at inforevision.

State Authorized Public Accountant, employed at inforevision since 2010
Ever since I joined inforevision, I have felt seen, heard and appreciated by both colleagues and managers. I have always had the opportunity to develop and be challenged in new areas at my own pace. Gray and boring is probably the last thing we are. I rarely see a day without laughter and there are so many different personalities. And although we can be a bit nerdy when it comes to the accounting profession, our everyday life is first and foremost about people - both colleagues and customers.
In 2010, we were a team of seven students who started at the same time. Five of us are still here, and it's probably because of the informality and helpfulness that I've never wanted to change workplaces. There's always room for a bit of fun, and no matter what level you're at, all doors are open if you need help and sparring. For me, it's important to be in a workplace with a good, healthy, fun and social working environment where colleagues care about each other. I experience that here at inforevision.

Thilde Maj Rolin
Auditor HD, employed at inforevision since 2019
For me, a good workplace is a place where there is room to be yourself and where the team is in a good mood. That's how I experience inforevision.
The typical perception that accountants are a bit gray and boring is far from reality. That was my thought before I started, but the reality is that it's never boring to go to work. There are a lot of young people with a lot of drive and energy, and everyone is very capable and helpful. There is always an open door for all kinds of questions.
Professionally and career-wise, I have many opportunities. I have an ongoing dialog with my manager about the next step in my development, and there is a great openness to trying out other work areas or departments.
We also have a really good social community. This is important when we spend long hours in the office during busy periods, but in general it's also great that your colleagues are good listeners and take an interest in how you're doing.
