Make a career in inforevision
Through collaboration, knowledge sharing and team structure, we ensure that you as an employee get challenges and opportunities.
As an auditing and consulting firm, inforevision provides both classic auditing services and specialized consulting in a wide range of business areas in a wide range of industries.
Here, everyone is part of an interdisciplinary environment where learning and teaching is a natural part of everyday life. Through collaboration, knowledge sharing and team structure, we ensure that you as an employee are given challenges and opportunities, while our customers receive dedicated and professional service and advice.
Many and varied career opportunities
With us, the classic accountancy career starts with either an HD or a business degree. After that, inforevision offers many versatile opportunities, which we clarify and develop together through education, work assignments, department placement and collaborative relationships.
In addition to a career as an accountant, inforevision also offers opportunities in areas such as business services, tax, transactions and IT.
If you have an interest and flair for management, there are also opportunities for more experienced people to become a senior manager. This applies whether you work as an accountant or in one of our specialist functions.
Skills and commitment are key
We discuss your wishes, skills and interests on an ongoing basis - for example, during your annual performance reviews.
What matters is that you are passionate about what you do and that you are professionally competent.

A good start
At inforevision, we go out of our way to ensure that you as a new employee feel valued and welcome and have a good landing at your new workplace. Among other things, you will be invited to two personal interviews.
The first conversation takes place immediately after your first day of work, and here we talk about inforevision's values, organization, focus areas and company DNA.
The second conversation is a follow-up conversation after about two months of employment, where we want to hear how you have experienced the first time. Here are some of the topics covered in the two conversations.
- Hiring process
- Contractual relationships
- Information before the first working day
- The first day experience
- Intro to IT programs
- Your office space
- Tasks and way of working
- Leather structure
- Culture and values

Performance reviews and feedback
inforevision is built on close and long-term relationships with customers, but to a large extent also with employees. Therefore, recruitment, retention and development of employees is a high priority.
Part of the effort is built around annual performance reviews (appraisals) combined with ongoing feedback. Together, this supports both the day-to-day well-being and the long-term development of the individual employee.
Annual conversations about your development
Performance reviews are a special opportunity for managers and employees to rise above the day-to-day and look ahead a year: What professional goals and challenges engage you as an employee?
Continuous feedback in daily life
Feedback and 1:1 conversations, on the other hand, ensure ongoing feedback in everyday life. At inforevision, we work with a culture where both managers and employees take responsibility for giving and asking for feedback. In our experience, this creates a working climate characterized by openness, trust and commitment.
We take good care of relationships
We also make an effort to keep in touch with employees who are looking for new challenges. We hold exit interviews, we have an alumni group on LinkedIn, and we organize an event every two years where former and current employees meet for professional and social interaction.
