As managing partner at inforevision, Flemming handles the daily management and financial management alongside his customer portfolio. He has many years of experience in financial consulting, buying and selling companies and auditing in large groups.

Flemming was born and raised on Bornholm and now lives in Gentofte with his wife and two adult children. In his spare time, he plays badminton and enjoys skiing and golf. He also does a little angling for sea trout.

Per Jensen

Partner, State Authorized Public Accountant

Per has extensive experience in auditing owner-managed businesses, including personal businesses. He is also a committed partner when it comes to specific issues in and around the company, such as ongoing management advice, financial management, company structure and generational change.

In his private life, Per was born and raised in North Jutland and now lives north of Copenhagen with Mette. In addition to his family, he likes to spend time on golf, house and garden.

Simon Morthorst

Simon's primary focus is auditing and financial advisory services in trading and service companies. Simon has extensive experience with generational change, acquisition and sale of companies as well as handling audits of large groups. In addition, Simon is head of department and member of inforevision's specialist function Reconstruction.

Simon lives in Vedbæk with his wife Charlotte and their three children. When he has time, he puts on his football boots, and otherwise he likes to follow the professional players in Parken.

Søren Moesgaard

Søren has extensive experience in auditing and financial advisory services for small and medium-sized companies, including in particular advice on restructuring and business start-ups. Internally, Søren is HR Director and a member of inforevision's business management team.

Søren is from Hillerød and currently lives in Frederikssund with Lone and their two children. In his spare time, he plays golf and likes to go for a run. In addition, he pursues his interest in football - but mostly from the stands.

Tore Kolby

Tore has extensive experience in consulting, auditing and accounting with a focus on small and medium-sized companies and groups. Among other things, he advises on financial management and corporate structure and on the acquisition and sale of companies.

Internally, Tore is a member of inforevision's business management team, he participates in product development and serves as a team leader for one of inforevision's audit teams.

Tore was born and raised in Copenhagen and now lives in Birkerød with his wife and two children. In his spare time, he plays golf and squash and occasionally spends time in the gym.

Sten Pedersen

Sten has worked with auditing, accounting and consulting for 35 years - including more than 20 years as a state-authorized public accountant - and with a broad customer portfolio, he has extensive experience with consulting in the SME segment.

Sten thrives in the personal and close contact with customers and emphasizes approaching tasks with a positive mindset and focus on potentials and future-proof solutions. Internally at inforevision, Sten is head of one of the company's three audit departments.

Sten lives in Lyngby with his wife Birgitta and their lively little Cairn Terrier, who sometimes responds to the name Eddy. Sten and Birgitta share a passion for traveling and enjoying good food, and they love to relax in their half-timbered house on Falster. Ulrik has particular expertise in investment properties, restructuring and reconstruction. Ulrik is from Aalborg and currently lives in Lynge with Marianne and their two children. In his spare time, Ulrik enjoys running and playing football.

Vibeke Düring Reyes Jensen

Partner, State Authorized Public Accountant

Vibeke specializes in auditing and advising small and medium-sized companies, often owner-managed, and her portfolio also includes a range of international clients.

At inforevision, Vibeke is responsible for the professional department, including quality management, and for many years she has been strongly committed to ensuring development and quality throughout the accounting industry. Since the fall of 2022, Vibeke has been a member of the board of FSR Danish Auditors, and in the period 2008-2022 she was a member of FSR Danish Auditors' Responsum Committee. In addition, Vibeke has extensive international experience from her previous board position at UHY International.

Vibeke lives in Copenhagen, but spends a lot of time on her home island Bornholm with her family.

Simon Okkels

Partner, CIO

Simon Okkels is inforevision's lead partner in IT auditing, one of inforevision's rapidly growing business areas. Simon is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA®) - a global certification that guarantees deep knowledge in areas such as IT auditing and information security - and he acts as an advisor before, during and after the preparation of IT auditors' reports.

Simon is the driving force behind the establishment of infoit, and as CIO he is responsible for the business management of IT deliveries and consulting. He has extensive experience in strategy development, project management, operations outsourcing, general security and IT-based business processes. Internally, Simon is responsible for inforevision's IT operations and development.

Privately, Simon grew up on Lolland and now lives in Søborg. In his spare time, golf has overtaken skiing as his favorite sport. Simon visits both Danish and foreign courses and enjoys participating in tournaments if it doesn't interfere with time with his girlfriend and their three children.

Kenny Madsen

Kenny advises and audits a wide range of owner-managed companies in the private sector. In particular, he serves clients in the transportation and real estate industries, IT and service companies, and manufacturing companies. Internally, Kenny is a member of inforevision's professional committee and is a specialist in auditing, accounting and national joint taxation.

Kenny was born and raised in Karlslunde and after a number of years in Copenhagen, he moved back to the area with his partner Heidi and their two sons. The football boots have been involuntarily shelved, so his exercise now consists of road cycling, while his free time is spent with family and friends.

Mark Schneekloth Jensen

Mark specializes in advising and auditing small and medium-sized businesses. His particular expertise is companies and artists in the TV and entertainment industry, and over the past several years he has also built up extensive experience in auditing and advising dentists. Internally, Mark is a member of inforevision's business management team and is responsible for the marketing committee.

Mark was born and raised on Falster and now lives in Mørkhøj with his wife Maj Brit and two children. In winter, skiing in the Alps is high on the list, and in summer Mark enjoys a good glass of wine on the terrace with family and close friends. Mark also enjoys a trip to the golf course.

Bo Risom Jensen

Bo is Head of Transaction Services and has extensive experience in buying and selling companies in various industries - including due diligence, valuation and general advice. The assistance is provided to both Danish and foreign customers as well as Private Equity funds. Bo is a member of the Danish Association of Financial Analysts - CFA Denmark. Internally, Bo is a member of inforevision's business management.

Bo was born and raised in Copenhagen and lives in Vallensbæk with his wife Ulla and daughters Frederikke and Alberte. In his spare time, Bo enjoys a run or bike ride. Otherwise, he spends a lot of time in good company with friends and family.

Dennis Deis

Dennis works as an IT auditor, where he assists the audit departments with his expert knowledge of ERP systems and data analysis, advanced use of IT tools in the audit process and assists in validating and ensuring transparency of figures in due diligence reporting, especially with analysis and processing of large amounts of data.

Dennis has extensive experience in auditing, accounting and consulting, including budgeting and reporting as well as assistance to the CFO. Dennis is internally responsible for the development and implementation of product and method standards.

Dennis grew up in Vordingborg, but now lives in Søborg and has 2 children. At home, he spends time with his family, a close circle of friends and DIY projects.

Michael Dam-Johansen

Michael has been with inforevision since 2004 and is primarily engaged in advising and auditing small and medium-sized companies. Michael's core areas include entrepreneurs and craft companies as well as IT and service companies, but his experience covers a wide range of industries.

In his private life, Michael lives in Brøndby on the west side of Copenhagen with his wife and four children. Even though both his private and professional calendar fills up quickly, Michael still prioritizes time for football, friends and exercise alongside his work as a state-authorized public accountant and partner.

Simon was born and raised in Lyngby, where the city's football team, Lyngby Boldklub, still has a big place in his heart. Simon lives in Virum with his wife Jena and their twin girls. His free time is primarily spent with family and friends.

Martin Hansen

Martin has many years of experience in auditing, accounting and advising especially small and medium-sized companies. In addition, he solves due diligence tasks together with inforevision's Transaction Services department.

Education and competence development is a recurring feature in Martin's career - most recently with a qualification as a sustainability auditor. The training is an extension of his role as responsible for inforevision's work with and advice on ESG reporting.

Martin grew up on Falster and now lives in Herlev with his son. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, girlfriend and friends and - when time permits - he enjoys running or mountain biking.

Micky Jørgensen

Internal reporting, bookkeeping outsourcing, digitalization, interim assistance and analytics. These are the main areas that Micky heads up at inforevision.

Micky has many years of practical, strategic and managerial experience from finance functions in both small and medium-sized companies in many different industries, and as Head of Interim and Business Services, he has a wide range of clients in his portfolio, which he serves in collaboration with his teams.

Micky was born and raised in Allerød, where he also lives with his wife Elisabeth and their two children. In his spare time, he enjoys playing padel and golf, and he spends his vacations with his family at their summer house in Marielyst or in Italy, where he often visits Lake Garda in particular.

Shpend was born and raised in Copenhagen and now lives in Søborg with his wife and two children. He has hung up his soccer boots and now enjoys the sport from the spectator rows instead.
