Privacy policy for newsletters

inforevisionsends out an email newsletter approximately 10 times a year. The content is current information and useful knowledge about auditing, accounting and consulting, targeted at small and medium-sized companies.

Collection of personal data

In order to send the newsletter, we collect and process the following personal data about you:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Company name
• CVR number

Consent

To receive our newsletter, you must give your consent. This happens during the sign-up process when you confirm your e-mail address.

Disclosure of your personal data

When you sign up, inforevisiontransfers personal data to Mailchimp, which provides the technical platform for our newsletter. The data is only used by the data processor to send newsletters and is not used for other purposes.

Unsubscribe

You can always withdraw your consent by unsubscribing from the newsletter - either via the link at the bottom of the newsletter or by writing to us at . Upon unsubscribing, we will immediately stop sending newsletters to you.

Use and storage of personal data

We use personal data for marketing purposes, e.g. to target our communication to you. We do not pass on your personal data to third parties.

We store your personal data for as long as you are subscribed to the newsletter and for a maximum of two years thereafter.

The personal data we use to send the newsletter is provided by you.

Your rights

You have the right to complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency if you believe that our processing of personal data does not meet the legal requirements.

• want to access your personal data
• want to have your personal data corrected or deleted
• wish to object to our processing of personal data in connection with the newsletter
• want to complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency

We will respond as soon as possible and no later than one month after we have received your inquiry.
