When we advise on corporate tax matters, we involve both the company and its owners, etc.

Corporate taxand joint taxation

Taxation of public and private limited companies, limited liability companies, foundations and associations etc. is a complicated area, and the rules are constantly changing.

When companies etc. are registered in Denmark, these companies etc. are liable to pay tax in Denmark. The same applies to foreign companies that establish a permanent establishment in Denmark.

In the tax department, we serve a wide range of customers who primarily operate in Denmark, but often also have activities abroad.

At inforevision, we know the rules in detail, and we can help ensure correct and optimal utilization of the deduction rules, including depreciation etc. We always focus on the company, as well as the rest of the group and its owners.

inforevision also has extensive experience with tax advice in connection with restructuring, generational changes, reconstructions, etc. Read more about our tax department here

Generation change and restructuring etc.

Succession and restructuring - planning

A good and successful succession often requires time, maturity and preparation. This is always done in close and ongoing dialog with customers.

Often a planning horizon of up to three years is necessary to achieve an optimal company structure so that divestment, distribution and allocation of assets and values etc. can be done in a way that avoids or reduces tax payments. Contact us as early as possible if you're thinking about generational succession and other reorganizations so that the company structure etc. can be planned well in advance.
