VAT and tax advisor

inforevision is looking for an experienced full-time VAT and tax advisor to join our tax department. Here we can offer you a position where you:

The team

You will be part of our tax team, which plays an essential role in our advice and assistance to customers. The team assists in-house accountants, professionals and customers with tax, VAT and duties. Customers also include smaller accounting firms and law firms.

The team has a strong focus on professional knowledge and development, and it's important for everyone to stay professionally updated. We help each other and are good at sparring on complicated cases. In addition to the strong professional unity, one of the characteristics of the tax team is a spacious and pleasant working environment with room for both professionalism and good humor.

inforevision is an auditing and consulting firm in Søborg with approximately 140 employees. We are professional, helpful, unpretentious and committed - a value base that provides a common understanding and cohesion in the house - also outside working hours, where we have many social events and activities.

The tasks

As a VAT and tax advisor, you will be responsible for all inquiries in the VAT and tax area. Most tasks come from colleagues in-house, and after that you will usually take the dialog directly with customers yourself.

You independently organize and prioritize your tasks, which include:

  • Advise and guide on VAT and taxes, including cross-border activities
  • Preparing notes and guidelines for colleagues and customers
  • assisting with energy tax refunds
  • Assist with payroll tax handling
  • Conduct VAT and tax reviews
  • Assisting with questions and tasks to and from foreign partners
  • Preparing short articles and news items
  • assisting customers during inspections by the tax authorities and in appeals to the Tax Appeals Board / National Tax Tribunal

Your professionalism

We imagine that you have several years of practical and theoretical experience and that you have worked in the Danish Tax Agency, the National Tax Tribunal, an accounting firm or a tax and VAT department in a large group. You have a few years' experience as an advisor or consultant in most areas of VAT and tax, and you are confident enough in your professionalism to keep your professional standards high. You thrive in a sometimes hectic work environment where your answers and input are crucial to the further progress of the cases.

You may have a background as a tax accountant, proxy, LMM, MTA or similar. Alternatively, you may have a background as cand.jur./cand.merc.jur.

We expect you to have a general understanding of accounting and good IT skills. You thrive on optimizing the use of IT and are happy to learn new systems. You understand complex issues and see solutions. Your English is reasonable in both written and spoken form.
