Tarius sold to IQVIA

Tarius, supporting regulatory intelligence and compliance in the healthcare industry, was sold to US IQVIA (listed on the New York Stock Exchange) in December 2017. infotransactions has acted as trusted advisor to the sellers in a structured sales process of global interest.
